3. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted and efficient courier services including DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery.

All shipments include a tracking number for real-time updates.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • In rare cases of delays, our team will notify you proactively.

 

 

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery occurs between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

 

 

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

 

 

7. Insurance & Delivery Confirmation

  • All orders are fully insured during transit.
  • A signature is required on delivery. Once signed, the product is considered successfully delivered.
  • For gifts, a signature by the recipient or anyone at the delivery address will be treated as confirmation.
