We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All complimentary items (such as box, protector, jewellery cleaner, certification card, etc.) must be returned in reusable condition. Any damaged or missing accessories will incur a replacement fee.

  • A convenience fee of ₹100 will be applicable on all return or exchange requests.

 


 

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Please email support@ruhajewels.com with the following details:

  • Customer Order ID
  • Name of the product(s) to be returned or exchanged

Our team will guide you through the process.

 


 

Damages or Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item:

  • Please email us within 2 days of delivery
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to missing, incorrect, or damaged products. Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.
  • Upon verification, you’ll receive a gift card for the same value.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your product is eligible, please reach out to us.

 


 

Refund Method

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A gift card equivalent to your purchase value will be issued to your registered email within 3–5 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, kindly contact us at support@ruhajewels.com.
